Terms for website use, service engagement boundaries, authenticated access, and third-party provider context.
Last updated: May 27, 2026
The Marketior website is provided for general informational purposes, brand education, and qualified inquiry. Visitors should not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, or use the site in a way that disrupts operations.
Marketing, strategy, AI, technology, and growth work can involve uncertainty, third-party platforms, market conditions, buyer behavior, and execution variables. Marketior does not provide guaranteed financial, ranking, traffic, conversion, or revenue outcomes through website content.
Any agency, consulting, technology, creative, or operating partnership requires a separate written agreement. Website content, representative capability examples, and audit forms do not create an engagement, proposal, partnership, or client relationship by themselves.
Internal tools, client portal workflows, AI-assisted drafting features, reporting workflows, or controlled publishing capabilities do not by themselves create a promise of continuous availability, autonomous execution, or platform-level service commitments unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Marketior branding, website content, design systems, copy, interface concepts, and platform materials are intended to remain protected intellectual property unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Final ownership, license, and deliverable terms must be defined in client agreements.
Users should not submit malicious content, unlawful material, confidential third-party information without authorization, spam, or attempts to compromise the website, CRM, client portal, or authenticated internal tools.
Marketior may rely on third-party infrastructure and tools such as Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Upstash, Sentry or another observability provider, Sanity if used for editorial content, OpenAI-compatible AI providers for internal workflows if enabled, and LinkedIn for internal account connection or controlled publishing features if enabled. Availability and behavior of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Client portal access is intended to be limited to explicitly shared records, and internal tools such as AI-assisted drafting or controlled publishing remain operator-led capabilities rather than public self-serve platform promises.
Use of the website and authenticated access is provided subject to applicable law, separate written agreements where relevant, and Marketior policies that may be updated from time to time.
Marketior may update these Terms as the website, services, and authenticated tools evolve. Contact Marketior through the primary contact details published on the website.
