Summary
Twelve emails to approve one caption is a real thing we watched happen.
The meetings were not the cause. They were the symptom of no shared record.
So we write things down where the client can see them, and skip the call.
The rule is simple: if it can be read in two minutes, it is not a meeting.
Most weeks, that leaves nothing on the calendar. That is the point.
