Every agency promises senior attention and then staffs it juniors-first.
That is not dishonesty so much as arithmetic. Growth forces it.
We are eighteen people, so the arithmetic has not caught up with us yet.
When it starts to, we would rather turn work down than quietly restaff it.
Ask us in two years whether we held that line. It is a fair question.
